從小隨父母親去教會，約在十歲决志信主。1959 年在台北南京東路禮拜
堂受洗歸入主名。1963 年台大機械系畢業後，來美留學, 在史坦福大學完
成碩士及博士學位, 畢業後進入洛克希德公司工作，前後共計 28 年。得到
美國航太工程學會副院士及環境科學學會院士。
1967 被按立為加州山景城教會執事。1973 成立阿拉巴馬州亨城查經班。
1983 參予山景城基督徒會堂植堂，1984 被按立為該堂執事。1987 參予北區
基督徒會堂植堂，翌年被按立為長老。
1978 年被邀請任中華海外宣道會理事，後來成為董事。1999 年吳勇長老
來邀請擔任海宣工場主任，2000 年即辭去工作，搬到泰國清邁，為海宣關顧
在職宣教士的身心靈健康,遴選新宣教士,同時亦在清邁大學任客座教授。
2008 年成為海宣總幹事，除以上各項服事外，協助培訓當地傳道人牧長及同
工、個人佈道，門徒訓練、推廣宣道異象、文字事工等。
2018 年被邀請任北美更新傳道會任事工部主任。輔助總部行政事工
外，將致力於：1)栽培新一代的服事同工；2)鼓勵華人教會從事信徒栽培與
門徒訓練；3) 配合更新的宣教事工,輔導有意要委身宣道的青年及中壯年人,
以及有心參與短宣事奉的教會與信徒。
Elder Aleck Lee
Aleck was born in a Christian family and accepted Christ in early age. He was baptized in 1959 in Taipei. In 1967 he served as a deacon of Mt View Chinese Christian Church. He helped plant CCiC MtV Church in 1983 and served as a deacon later. He was one of the founding members of CCiC NV and ordained as an elder in 1988.
He came to the US in 1964 for postgraduate study at Stanford and received M.S. and Ph.D. degrees. In his professional career, he worked for Lockheed for 28 years.
In 2000, God called him to join Christian Missions Overseas as the Mission Director and moved to Chiangmai. He worked with CMO missionaries for their growth in spiritual life and ministries, trained local pastors and church leaders, and share the vision of cross-cultural mission in Thai churches. He supervised Lisu evangelists in mountain regions and medical missions in Myanmar. He recruited new missionaries and prepared them for the mission field. He took on additional responsibilities as the General Director
in 2008.
CRM asked him to be Operation Director at the Headquarter in 2018. Now he enjoys the opportunity to serve the Lord with CRM team and to advance cross culture missions and discipleship training among younger generations.
